Former U.S. Rep. Pat Toomey, of Zionsville, the Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, will address Pennsylvania’s GOP State Committee Saturday at the Harrisburg Hilton and Towers.
 Toomey was endorsed by the Committee in February.
